Who is behind Ledgano?
We are Ledgano, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. Our guides turn personal finance information into short, readable explanations, free of charge.
What do I get when I sign up?
Nothing more than what you ask for: educational reading material on your topic, and optional texts that point to the guides.
Can you look at my credit report?
No. We never see anyone’s reports or documents. The guides explain what a report generally contains so you can read your own.
Will you text me all the time?
Expect up to roughly 8 texts a month; message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Can I apply for a loan here?
No. Ledgano publishes information only. Loans and accounts come from your bank or credit union.
Will you review my finances?
No. We never see your accounts or give personal advice. We explain the concepts so you can ask better questions yourself.
Do you tell me how long to keep a document?
Not for your situation. We describe common guidance from public sources and suggest you confirm with the agency or company involved.
Do you share my details with banks or lenders?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with banks, lenders, financial companies, lead buyers or other partners. You can see exactly what we collect in the Privacy Policy.
Which fields are required?
Only your first and last name, a topic and the privacy agreement. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional.
How do I stop texts?
Send STOP in reply to any message and texts end. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected].
Is Ledgano selling something?
No. We do not offer loans, credit, accounts or investments, and nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.
Will I be signed up for texts automatically?
No. You are only texted if you tick a box yourself, and there is one unchecked box to choose from. Leaving it blank is fine.
Can I ask you to erase what I sent?
Click unsubscribe in any email, or write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your information.
Will you match me with a bank or a product?
No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with banks, lenders, apps or advisers, and nobody pays us to mention them.
